01. Password: The system has sent me my password and I want to change it to one I can remember?
You need to login first with your old password (if you are not already) and go to 'Your Account'....'Change Password' or Take me to the page
04. Web Site: I had a problem with your website - That is not reported here?
Firstly - sorry if you had a problem. Whilst this is very rare, it does happen and we will certainly check into it. Often we find that an issue reported is actually related to the computer you are using (non standard security settings, very old Browser etc). We would welcome a brief note advising us of the error, also what Browser and Computer you are using. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Please direct your email to sales@speedsails.co.uk
05. Export: Do you export orders and not charge VAT?
Yes, you just need to select 'Tax Free Shopping' on the home page and all prices will be shown ex VAT (Value Added Tax). Altrnatively if you Login with your registered account (if it is set correctly to your country) - this will show excluding VAT prices.
06. Export: I am trying to place my export order but my country is not shown?
If you are outside the EU (non Tax):
Please select the 'Australia' for the country and add a note in 'Special Instructions' (when completing the shopping basket) indicating the country you are from. This will ensure that the shopping basket does not include VAT for your order. Alternatively please contact us an we will add your Country to this list.

If you are within the EU (Tax should be included):
Please select the 'France' for the country and add a note in 'Special Instructions' (when completing the shopping basket) indicating the country you are from. This will ensure that the shopping basket includes VAT for your order. Alternatively please contact us an we will add your Country to this list.

We are happy to supply orders to BFPO addresses. You can select BFPO as a delivery country when you get to the delivery page and Vat is automatically excluded.

Please note that if you are not logged in - the site can be switched to show prices excluding Tax by selecting the option under 'Change Your Location Tax Free Shopping' on the Home page or switch tax
07. Export: I am a new customer and my card is not registered in the UK

08. Export: Can I have my order delivered to an address other than that registered with my credit card?
Normally on your first order with us, this will not be possible. However if this will cause you real inconvenience, we can usually find away around this via other checks we can make! (this is for credit card security reasons)
09. Ordering How do I give you important info on the order, such as parts that I can't find, my customer code etc etc?
You can include any relevant or important information in 'Special Instructions' at the end of the shopping basket.
10. I am a UK Resident or Overseas Customer and You Insist On Sending To The Card Holder Address
This is to comply with the requirements of Credit and Debit card issuers. This is to ensure that the card holder has ordered the goods and it is not 'potentially' fraudulent use. It is actually against card issuer policy to deliver goods to an address other than the registered statement address.
Please complete this New Customer Form and the matter will be reviewed.
